The at AT&T innovation store, added a new wearable technology for ailing senior citizens. Some of the challenges in the online purchase for this segment of society are (1) most all purchases will likely be performed by family member or friends, (2) multiple shipping addresses for the purchaser and owner, (3) and varying non-owners that may be responsible for the monthly bill. A seamless solution was designed and released in Winter of 2013, the buy flow work is enclosed here.
AT&T enlisted the aid of a third party heuristics firm to review the buyflow, Tara O’Daughtery of XTM, inc.
