China UX strategy for the Nivea global team
Implemented e-commerce best practices for Taobao, Tmall, and jd.com. Due to the restrictions currently present on China’s largest e-commerce site, Taobao, the recommendation was based on a more user centric content strategy. A more concise, strategic approach across all devices. Recommendations ad wires were provided for jd.com, tmall, and for nivea.com. During the Nivea Global UX conference in Shanghai, China, the strategy and wires were presented to the global team.
